An action that creates an internal notification.
Id
The Id field shows the internal number of the action and its type. The number is for display only and is assigned automatically by the system. The action type cannot be changed afterwards.
Name
The name of the action. The name is displayed in selection lists.
Comment
The comment field is available for free use by the integrator/system administrator. It serves solely to document the configuration. Information can be entered here, e.g. the purpose of the action. The content of this field has no significance for X2.
Delayed execution
A time span that elapses before the action is executed. A value here causes the action to be executed only after this delay once the trigger has fired.
Text / Insert variable
Enter the text of the message in the text field. Data can be inserted. Clicking the channel button opens a selection dialog in which you select the channel whose value is to be inserted into the text. The required code is then appended to the text (in the form @[channel#id]). You can move this code within the text as desired and write text before or after it.
Importance
Select the importance level for the notification here.
Add recipients
In this list you define the recipients of the notification. Use the + symbol to add message queues into which the notification is inserted.
Add triggers
In this list you define which triggers fire this action. Use the + symbol to add the desired triggers. The action is executed only when one of the selected triggers fires.
